  The new battery was ordered on the 7th July and it arrived on the 9th July. The item was very well packaged and was as described on the eBay listing. Good value. I will charge the battery later this week.

  Disappointed – Item Not as Described & No Response from Seller, Received the iPhone SE in an old iPhone 13 Pro Max box, not original packaging. The phone had old messages from Nov 2024, raising concerns about whether it was properly wiped or refurbished. I contacted the seller immediately and politely asked for clarification and the 12-month warranty certificate promised in the listing – but no response at all. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication – not recommended.

  Item received, did not came in box & not pristine have scratch on back , left similar item for £130 so not really happy , Royal mail messaged delivered before it was delivered which panicked me item came 1 hour later,
