  The seller was very helpful and professional. They dispatched the item quickly and provided me with a tracking ref number, but a problem occurred somewhere, perhaps with the Royal Mail courier, and I never received the item. But the seller sent me a replacement immediately as soon as I informed them and dispatched it within minutes, which arrived the next day. Their service was excellent and I was impressed by how quickly they resolved the issue.

  Initially i was annoyed as the wrong part was delivered. However, the company responded promptly to my complaint and the correct part was delivered within 24 hours. So on balance my experience was positive.

  Excellent experience with this seller. Toilet arrived smashed - mishandled by the courier. Contacted the seller and they immediately offered a replacement and dropped it off themselves a couple of days later. Really great service from these guys. Would highly recommend.
