  The portfolio case has arrived. It is good for my purpose. New as described. So good value. Unfortunately the first case the seller sent went missing. That seemed to be a problem with the carrier. The seller responded very quickly to my query when it did not arrive and promptly dispatched another. This one arrived in two days so that was fine. Thanks to the seller for sorting this out quickly.

  The seller packed the portfolio case in it's original plastic bag and placed it in a white postal bag. It was sent securely via Evri and it arrived safely and undamaged. I would recommend this seller to anyone else and I would buy from them again.

  Arrived in great new condition and in super fast time, in its original box. Looks really smart and is so easy to install and use. Just remember to wind some of the line around the feet, so that the line doesn’t slacken off. Had an issue with mine, which was quickly resolved by the customer service team and a replacement sent. I would recommend this seller for their swift and great service , also for fab customer service . Thank you :-)

  The item was exactly as described . My experience was disappointing initially as the third party courier delivered to completely the wrong address and did not leave any communication to inform us ..just a picture of a door. The seller however provided excellent customer service and the package was bought to my daughter very kindly by the person it was delivered to .
