  Good service, prompt and well packed - good price - photo in listing shows part in a blue plastic seal / finish which is identical to original - part had to be vehicle specific as per list of vehicles on the site - but - part received is a pump finished in white plastic seal and not same of photo - not a big deal but worth a mention ... still recommend and would buy again from this seller ....

  I cannot rate this seller high enough, excellent communication, fast response to my question, rapid delivery time ( I opted for express delivery) I ordered one day & the part arrived early the next day, pricing was excellent, I will support "On Shore" Australian Companies as much as I can, like we all should, I am 100% impressed with this seller,

  Initially sent wrong size idler pulleys ( a problem with stock numbering ), but a phone call got immediate response with the correct size pulleys sent priority mail and told no need to return wrong pulleys. Kept fully updated thru process with return phone call and sms's. The new pulleys actually measure slightly narrower than advertised but should be OK as belts are running true. And everyone else appears to be selling those same MATSUMO pulleys ? ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE, RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

  Ordered through Repco Melton Vic . Said they’d have it in stock in 2 days if I paid upfront. Cost me $75. 12 hours later they rang me to say it would be available in about 6 months. Told them to cancel order . Went back to them with my receipt for refund only to be told they’d give me $ 60 and keep $15 for the phone call to order it Terrible shop Manager. So - my experience with your Company was brilliant Ordered on eBay. It was much cheaper than Melton Repco and delivered next day .10/10.

  Have bought a lot of parts from this seller over a long period, have also recieved them in different parts of the world and have never had a problem with any of the parts or delivery no matter where I recieved them. When in New Zealand it is quicker delivery to purchase parts from here than in NZ as well as the parts being half the price Very Highly Recommended
