  The canvases are good. However there was a problem with delivery as the Royal Mail used the eBay contact email instead of my email address which resulted in delays...I had to contact Royal Mail Customer Service to discover and resolve the problem. I do not hold the suppliers responsible but I feel both eBay and the suppliers may need to be aware of the problem. This was my first eBay purchase and I will now be alert to this as a potential issue when making subsequent purchases.

  First class timber, well packed and promptly delivered from Wales to London. Helpful that nuts and bolts are included. It would have been helpful to have had option of 2 fewer slats, but they will be the spares we’re unlikely to need. Really delighted with quality of product and service !!
