  This feedback could have gone either way. Unfortunately all 3 copies I ordered of this record arrived badly damaged due to insufficient packaging, but the seller promptly apologized, said that they will learn from the mistske and ship vinyl more securely moving forward, and refunded me with no questions asked. Thanks to the seller for making a bad situation better. Thank you for making the process painless.

USPS lack of tracking information, only initial out shipping and final local delivery information, took days longer than expected, as USPS issues/ nothing to do with One Time Best Price packaging or label.   This seller had the items I needed offered at a great price. I actually ordered three times the amount I actually needed due to the convenience and price. The items arrived in short order, professionally packaged, and included an email notification that the delivery had been made. I would without hesitation use this seller again. Perfectly satisfied!

  Package lost in shipping since mid march. Seller refunded money shortly after realizing package had been missing. Package did show up 5-16-25. Seller advised me to keep package. Only reason I gave 5 stars on shipping is to not give seller negative feedback. Would highly recommend this seller.

  Fan was what I ordered. But was damaged in shipping even being double boxes. Fan and motor housing was bent and broken. I contacted selling and sent pictures right away. They replied within 15mins saying refund was issued right away and was very sorry even not being there falt they did there packing well. Asked about returning just said to recycle it. This is a outstanding seller went above what they needed to do would definitely recommend and use them for my needed in the future. We need more!!

  Shipped quickly. The packaging left a bit to be desired. It was exactly as it was in the picture. The seller technically never said they would repackage the item, I’m just used to slightly more effort in packaging. I thought they would put that package in another one. Perhaps they were reducing waste. It didn’t affect the item itself.
