  I finally received the item. The seller shipped right away but the package seemed to get held up in customs or the USPS. It was not the seller's fault but I got a refund since I didn't receive the package by the due date (1.5 months later) and thought it was lost in the mail. Then it showed up 4 days later. I am happy with my order and the seller should be paid...can the payment to the seller be reinstated? Neither of us should have to pay shipping.I can't find a link to request this from ebay.
