  The DVDs were in excellent shape, but when I got the package and went through them, I was missing one of the discs in the set. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded by apologizing and refunding my money. I was very grateful for their quick response and apology. I am sure they did not knowingly ship the disc set missing one of the discs. This was a very positive interaction and I did buy from this seller again and everything was perfect. Hence the 5 star review.
