  Even though the package delivery had some problems (not because of them), they were so polite to change what company was going to deliver the package. When the throttle arrived the insides were in perfect condition, nothing broken nor damaged and even came with what looks like the original box. Highly recommend at even though it is very expensive, but you can't get it from VKB right out.

  Product was delivered quickly. The packaging was light but sturdy enough that I could tell the item was protected from damage in the shipping process. I took it out of the box and immediately plugged it in and started using it. It works great! Would definitely buy from this seller again
