  I once asked for a quote at the genius bar for battery replacement, they refused to give me one, and only want to try selling me a new laptop. I eventually gave up on genius bar and choose to replace the battery myself. The process of fairly smooth, from order to delivery took 2 business days. During the process I did have a slight hiccup, and the seller is very prompt to answer and action on the problem that I encountered.   Arrived within WTA. As described except for missing parts. Contacted the seller and let me tell you very polite, efficient and magnificent service. I did not have tend the first one back. Instead of sending a pack of screws the sent another one. This is a seller that went above and beyond there expectations. They don’t deserve a 5 star rating, but in actuality a 20 star. Simply an astounding seller.
