Came in three pieces: base, figure, and poleaxe. The base I received is much better than the one in the listing's picture. It has terrain features and holes for the figure's feet. The poleaxe is bent, which is not a big deal to me. The figure is beautiful and wonderfully suited to all levels of experience.
