  Item was as described and answered my questions in a timely manner. It was packaged up and sent to the delivery service the same day I ordered it. However, I don't like the delivery service that was used. they used USPS Ground Advantage/FedEx and it took just over 3 weeks to arrive.

  The item was as described, I am happy with it. Everything was good except for it took a very long time to ship. I don't know if that was FedEx's fault or the shipper, but it took 13 days to ship from Florida to New Mexico. The seller shipped it right away, but then it took 13 days to get here. But the item and the packaging were good.

  The K&O mini 3 handled souv. cup from St. Paul Church in Norfolk, VA was well packed and promptly mailed. Description did not however mention a decorative knob was missing for the top of one of the handles. Due to the patina it was an obviously old damage and perhaps missed. Otherwise a very smooth transaction
