  1st package never arrived. Explained to seller, who was apologetic and automatically posted a replacement. Arrived 3 days later!. Still no sign of first package so not sure what royal mail are doing. Cannot fault this seller, highly recommend. Thank you so much

  Received today via a forwarding service. The part I needed most – the white terrace – sadly arrived broken. Hard to tell if it was damaged before or during transit, but the packaging seemed adequate. If I'd known it was already broken, I wouldn't have bought it. The price was fair and it’s second-hand, so I’ll glue it and make do. Just wish the damage had been mentioned. Still, it’s a part I needed, so I’ll make the best of it.

  Item came in excellent condition with a couple of rare figures along with the item. Extremely well packaged and no issues at all with shipping even across seas. The item is as described and a decent value for such a rare playset piece. I would buy from the seller again.
