  Excellent! Accurate description. Fair price. Very good condition. Excellent packing e.g. double boxed, and no skimping on packing material. Obviously, great care was taken to make sure there was no damage in transit.

  Item was listed incorrectly so instead of getting an encoder I got a decoder. Once I contacted the seller and explain to them their mistake they did send me a return shipping label after a couple times of asking and I had to ask for a refund once the time was up once they got the product. So I'm giving them a neutral for having to do all the legwork to get my money back. They did communicate so I do think they have good intentions and are not unprofessional.
