  Seller did an excellent job of packaging the print. They communicated at several points in the process of shipping the picture to me. The frame and picture as just as listed, and the shipping from Japan always arrives sooner than expected. Lovely seller, would buy from them again!

  Tinier than I realized, but I really like it. There was an issue with customs, but the seller reshipped - covered all fees - and the item still arrived well ahead of the estimated delivery date. Fun packaging and freebie too. Hopefully tariffs are lifted soon so shipping costs are not so prohibitive. Thank you for a great experience.

  my tray was delivered today (10/10/2025. Was in perfect shape. It appeared that the tray had been repackaged in the US as there was no indication that the shipment was from Japan. It was delivered by the USPS without any tarriffs due. Very happy with the purchase & will put you on my "saved sellers" list.
