We did not know that you cannot ship on account at UPS locations, but still spent thier own time/money getting it out to us on quicker shipping anyways! We appreciate the help! Product was exactly as described, and was packaged well. Considering the replacment pendant, new, is over 1300 dollars, we appreciate this great value replacement!
