  Seller notified me day after sale that they were out of stock. They tired to force me to cancel the sale on my end for some reason. Maybe scam or maybe they were just trying to avoid a strike from eBay. I informed them with eBay’s links on how a seller cancels and refunds a sale. They said they couldn’t. After about a week and half the shipping time had passed and I was able to report the situation to eBay. Once eBay contacted the seller they refunded my money. Big hassle, not an honest seller.

  On 8/9/24 I ordered from seller a new Hamilton Beach 49316 12-Cup Coffeemaker, advertised by seller at $26.18+tax (free ship) immediate delivery. I was charged immediately. On 8/12 , seller sent an email literally pleading with me to cancel as "our warehouse team just updates us that this Product is LATE and next shipment will be late two or three weeks." So I cancelled. I will not order from this seller again.

  The bottle is smaller than expected, but it was packaged well and shipped fast. I've yet to use the actual shampoo.
