My photocards were sent in a plain envelope with no sleeves or toploaders, leaving them vulnerable to damage they could’ve been SO easily bent due to the seller not caring about the packaging - this is completely unacceptable for collectibles such as what I ordered. They arrived with visible scratches, which ruined their value.
