  All I can say is Wow! I've wanted one of these Aliens for a while. It got here right on time and the packaging was tight. The details on the figure are sharp, just as described and I saved a few pennies with the great price. I 100% recommend this seller.

  Other manuals I have ordered have been shipped in padded envelopes and possibly braced by pieces of cardboard to prevent bending. This was sent in a plain envelope. Thankfully it seemed to arrive without any noticeable bending. The condition is otherwise as described.

  So sorry about your experience! I generally use plain envelopes for manuals under 5 dollars, and buyers have reached out to me specifically telling me not to use cardboard! To prevent dissatisfaction in the future, reach out to the buyer and let them know how you want your order packaged! Have a great one!

  Really great customer service. The shipping did take longer than I thought it would have been, but they did include an extra card which I'm very happy about. It really helped my emotions on this transaction. The item came very perfect. The envelope, the card, the quality was great. The only thing that I had an issue with was the cards were back to back. Yes it was a free card but it could have scratched my main card that I wanted. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. Y'all are amazing
