  Seller made efforts to reduce shipping costs. Also went to considerable effort in packing item to ensure the hood was not damaged in shipping. Shipping time was short. Item had a little more rust issues than disclosed, but overall, as described.

  The offer price was accepted by me. However, when I went to pay the listed price was the only amount shown. I contacted the Seller, he researched and wasn't able to fix. Seller recommended I try to cancel. I was told on eBay I could not cancel. Seller asked me to contact eBay. EBay will not let me cancel. I will pay full price if Seller agrees to credit me for the overage. Jeff
