I will never purchase on ebay again. I had second thoughts after my initial bid and was unable to retract my bid (I was the only bidder). E-bay response to retract/cancel bid was "contact seller". Seller response was "contact ebay" . I then received the item and found I was allergic to the metal on the earring. I requested to return within 24 hours of receipt, and the seller declined my request to return. I am now stuck with expensive earrings I cannot wear.

It is unfair to seller for ignorance buyer like this person! Don't read and blame seller for her own problem.She bid and paid for the item. Listing clearly said no return!She is upset and left me -ve feedback while I described my item accurately and shipped promptly.Unfortunately, sellers on eBay cannot leave -ve feedback. Clearly eBay policy said if the situation is outside of my control, the -ve feedback will be removed. How can I control her allergy problem?Avoid at all cost! -ve -ve
