  This item was exactly as described on Ebay. The box, though not factory sealed, was flattened and sealed with tight, commercial plastic wrap. It was the original and in excellent condition. The parts were in the original plastic bags, sealed and complete. In fact, those looked completely new. The price was very reasonable and it was packed very carefully, so no damage occurred during shipment. It was shipped fast and arrived very quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  Needed an inexpensive stand for model painting, and this one fit the bill. Arrived quickly, shipped safely. Unfortunately, the fasteners had been left out by mistake. Response from seller was immediate, a new set of fasteners was sent out right away. The set is exactly as advertised, good value for the price. Completely satisfied, great communication with seller, definitely recommended.

  A good price for a really nice set of model kits. Shipped and arrived quickly and safely. Well packed and everything was in good condition. Upon opening the kits I discovered that the manufacturer had mispacked a sprue. When I contacted the seller they confirmed which of the kits was an issue, and worked on sending me a replacement. This took some time, but the replacement arrived safely and correct. Friendly communication, and worked to make sure the transaction was satisfactory.

  The item that I purchased was lost during shipping to me. So I never received it. I waited 14 days from the time I ordered, until I received a message from Amazon Logistics stating that my package was lost and that I should contact the Seller. I decided not to reorder, but to ask the Seller for a refund. The Seller was very understanding and promptly gave me a full refund. Thank You.

  Had issue with original kit sent. Owners sent a replacement kit at no charge. Kit arrived well packaged and completely intact. Arrived from Ukraine in good time. VERY pleased with how well this company takes care of its customers. I highly recommend them!!! A+++++++++++++++
