  It turns out the part arrived broken in half. As soon as I was able to check the package I proceed to report the problem with seller and Ebay for a return and or refund. The later was accomplished. I m sure it was an honest mistake by seller who could not predict how badly the package would be mishandled. Can t blame him for other people mistake. Sadly the part can not be use . Hope he does better in packaging in order to avoid this kind of situation where both sides loose.

  Sorry the USPS over estimates their delivery time. this isn't the first time I've been disappointed by their projections for delivery. has nothing to do with the seller. I'm satisfied with the part.
