  Item was as described, shipping cost was not comparable to the amount of time that it took for item to arrive. I was billed for priority shipping and ground shipping is what I got , item arrived 8 days later after I paid for the item.

  You're mean. Take onus for your mistake and tell the truth! First, learn how shipping works! You need to choose priority shipping if that's what you want. You chose UPS Ground. You also saw the shipping cost of $18 at checkout. If $18 was too much for UPS + handling, you had the option to not purchase. You paid on 7/1; I shipped 7/2; 7/4 was a holiday. You received 7/9--that was 4 business days. UPS ground estimates 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS from New York to Arkansas. + It was a holiday weekend.
