  This seller contacted me to let me know the wrong item had accidently been sent to me, and my purchase to someone else, which wasn't a great start! However, this seller rectified the situation and I did receive my items after a bit of a delay obviously, and I also received a refund for the inconvenience, which was very much appreciated, as was the proactive communication. The items were as described and well packed.

  A great first buying experience with this seller. Very prompt dispatch and arrival, extremely good packaging ensured arrival in perfect condition. There was a very hard to spot fault with one piece, the seller effected immediate compensation, very impressive as they had already provided a lovely bonus piece in the shipment at no charge! I will buy again, highly recommended.
