  The seller never mailed my package. They never replied to my emails and could not give me an updated tracking number. I would never use this company again. Customer service is a joke.

  I received my Mueller French Press Double Insulated 304 Stainless Steel Coffee Maker in the mail about an hour ago. And it is in great condition. Just as advertised. New in box. Never been used. It should be here right now, bubbling away, serving me some really great, fresh hot coffee. But it isn't. Sorry to say, this was purchased to give to my niece as a mother's day gift.
