  Unreliable seller. Seller did not provide tracking, the bought item did not arrive after three weeks and the seller did not respond to request for full refund. Fortunately, after five day of no response from the seller, Ebay issued full refund.

  Item arrived quickly and was as described. The item was a brighter yellow than expected but that was just a difference in color as shown on my computer vs real life. But it will work great for our little graduation ceremony.
