  I have previously bought lots of lovely fabric from this seller and had no problems at all…but this time things seemed to go wrong. My order did not arrive when expected based on their despatch time, I messaged after waiting a week and there was a day’s wait to get a response. The seller kindly resolved the matter by sending my fabric out using the Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery yesterday and it arrived safely today. I wonder if the seller is simply overwhelmed with orders & needs some help?

  Item as described and good value. Order marked as dispatched (48 hour tracked) but no tracking number provided and still not delivered over a week later. I informed seller of this but received no communication. A tracking number then appeared and item delivered 48 hours later. I suspect first order not posted, but no communication to say as such.

  As described, well packed and safely delivered. Excellent item. Arrived 2 days later than advised but that was down to the Royal Mail only delivering a couple of days a week in our area.

  I ordered this item on the 30th December 2024. The item was despatched on 31st December 2024. The delivery window was 2nd or 3rd of January 2025. However for some reason the item was only received on the 9th of January. The communication between myself and the seller was very good and I think this was the fault of Royal Mail. I am very happy with the item,it arrived very well packaged. Would recommend this seller and would use again.

  Great EBay seller. Highly recommended for communicating and packing nicely. I bought several different packs of buttons and I’m pleased with them all for future projects. Lovely way of advertising the buttons, all photographed beautifully and colours are true when they arrive.
