  The seller was responsive to my inquiry about product expiration date and the product was as described. It was well packaged, and the product's bottle was factory sealed and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping and delivery were extremely fast, and the price was excellent. Perfect eBay transaction.

  Item was listed as 12-12-30 SMART it was not it was a plain 12-12-30 also arrived missing an important piece which I had to source locally however they reimbursed me for piece and we arrived at an adjustment for price. I would have rather had what I ordered but since I had installed unit before I realized it was willing to compromise. Communication was good and they seemed reasonable.

  Late late late!! This seller did not send this item on time, the listing clearly says July 11-14 I saw in the message updates that he didn't send the item when It was purchased, it took very long! The item is late and the package looks like $h1t!! No way I'm doing business with sellers like this. Pictures speak for themselve!! What a piece of SHT experience

  I took a chance on a well priced item that was advertised as untested, product had an issue and seller responded faster than I thought possible and fixed everything, would not hesitate to take a chance again.
