  Not as described, the dress that I received was not.l what I had ordered. They insisted that they sent the right dress and I should double check my orders. I'm pretty sure I know what I order and I did not order that dress.

  I have a return policy, but the buyer kept her dress. Unsure why if she says it was wrong. but it sounds like she is happy.

  The ornament arrived very fast; however, the box was dented on all sides and the ornament smashed due to mishandling by USPS. The seller was not at fault in any way. I promptly contacted her and she took immediate action. I was issued a refund within 24 hours. This seller is honest, professional, and highly ethical. She did not hesitate to quickly act.
