  Wonderful seller! Shoes arrived exactly as described in less than a week! My only sort of complaint is I would have loved for the shoes to have been shipped in a box but they arrived unscathed in a bag, so no problem! I was excited to receive the shoes and would 10/10 purchase from this seller again!

  Shoes in new condition, as described. Could have been more carefully packaged however. Sent in a plastic mailer bag, no protection. Bag had holes when received but shoes were OK. Could have been much worse due to USPS lack of care.

  Apparently the new thing is pulling the insoles out of shoes and then selling them? When I looked at these shoes I didn't even see the description of the removal of the insoles? This must be a new fad on these used shoe cell sites. I asked the seller why the insoles were removed. His response was less than friendly. And then I asked him if he sold the insole separately to which I got no reply. Great shoes. Great price, horrible customer service. The product did arrive on time.

  Hello and I am sorry you were confused. I clearly wrote in the description that the shoes DO NOT come with insoles. I also showed in the pictures that the shoes DO NOT have insoles. Please look/read closer next time before purchasing. Thank you
