  Unfortunately I could not get the stems through my pierced ears. I contacted the seller through ebay and they asked if I would prefer a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement but in a different style. These arrived very quickly and I was delighted with them. I was told there was no need to return the original earrings which I have given to a friend. Excellent customer service.

  All of the above were perfect so good quality and good value for money with the item arriving looking better than any of the photos showed on the seller’s page and as has been the same with every single item that I buy from this seller the quality is incredibly good and then add in the deal you get with the 3 for 2 offers it makes me keep coming back aa I leave this feedback I will just have a quick little look and see if this same seller & I Will undoubtedly be making another purchase!!!!

  Perfect! The chain is as described and of good quality. The craftsmanship has produced a chain with a pleasant, dainty appearance whilst also being strong. The chain was fairly priced, safely packed and quickly dispatched, arriving in perfect condition. Very happy with the seller and the chain.

  Beautiful earrings, exactly as described sadly one post was broken on arrival but the seller provided excellent service and refunded straight away, such a shame I didn't have time to wait for another pair as they were a birthday present and I didn't have time to wait. Thank you
