  Overall, this was a positive experience. My order shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected. It arrived in perfect condition, and was exactly as described in the listing — still in the original packaging. However, while I understand it was a used item, there were still some food crumbs in the bowl when I initially took it out of the box
