  Quick ship, great packaging, good price, good transaction, thanks. Unfortunately, the printer will only print okay for one-sided printing. Two-sided printing causes the paper to jam. I contacted Customer Support and they walked me through the (long) process of troubleshooting until they came to the same conclusion. The return process is painless. I need to box it back up again, (and I have to live without a printer until it's replaced.) and take it to FEDEX.

  This positive is not for an hp product or their online store which never responds to messages. I again fell into the fedex trap accidentally no deliverer was mentioned..The item wasn't delivered on 4/5/25 their first" attempt" and I was home! They probably didn't even get out of their truck! I'm very grateful to "Jim" who arranged for another date of 4/6/25 in customer service at the fedex corporate office.Otherwise I'd still be in limbo. Negative for HP store & Fedex drivers who stink!

  Hewlett-Packard was great in shipping a wonderful product at a wonderful price, packed as if it was going to Mars. However, FedEx? Abominable: The box looked like it was used for a soccer ball by elephants; the driver drove up my driveway, on the date notified for delivery, just sat in the truck for 5 minutes & then drove away w/o delivering the printer. I called FedEx & I found out the driver LIED, saying that I requested the printer be held at warehouse on VACATION HOLD! WHY NOT HAND IT OVER ?
