My only issue is that I did clearly request to leave the item at the door if no answer and to not ask for a signature on delivery in the notes to the seller due to being unable to travel due to health reasons and yet the seller chose to ignore my requests . I was very lucky to get my parcel because the postman was leaving with it. Next time perhaps the seller should communicate better with the customer .
