  I've been searching for months for the right color to replace a bud I lost. I was delighted to find exactly what I was looking for and bought it almost immediately. The seller was a great communicator and kept me apprised of each stage of the process. Shipping was fast, and the item was very well packaged, arriving to look like it was brand new in appearance.   I messed up and ordered the wrong model. Double check the model of your airpod as even though they're the same generation they might be different models. The seller was very helpful and polite. They answered and accommodated very quickly. Moreover if they shipped it out quickly. If I ever lose parts of my equipment (cross my fingers, knock on wood), this is the seller I'm coming back to. Can't recommend the seller enough. Buy with confidence!

  This seller was very responsive to my questions and provided updates along the way. The item is perfect and looks brand new. It's functions perfectly as stated in the description and written responses. Great sell and value for the item! Not related to this seller at all but transactions here are not covered like they say. I filed a claim, it was denied even I have all the documents. Buyer beware!

  The Apple OEM-made charger cords in my transaction work great. New condition advertised and they did appear new. Each of the two cords were labeled with Apple ID and part numbers etc on their insulation, as advertised in the seller's photos. Lots of inexpensive cords are available online but they don't last long is my experience. Seller had the best price for true Apple-OEM cords at the time of my purchase. Prompt shipping and well packaged.

  Good quality, condition, value and appearance. Original order wrong side sent. Seller corrected issue with sending correct side earbud. I returned the original order and earbud was stolen from the package in the USPS mail. I would use this seller again
