Seller was prompt, understanding, and thorough with communication allowing remediation with options of return to exchange or refund. Would use seller again despite factory issue with instructions/hardware on Mazda roof rack item.

  Will happily buy from this seller again. I purchased a bumper lip, I've purchased many over the years and they ALWAYS come folded up and stuffed into a tiny box. These guys actually shipped it in a box that the part fits in, so it is the best condition aftermarket lip I've ever received. For the price I paid, I was not expecting to be so pleased with what showed up. Great value, shipped FAST and packaged as it should be, condition is the best I've ever received.
