  Superior service provided by ORM Auto Audio! Quick shipping, and the amp I ordered arrived exactly as described. Unfortunately it was not the problem with my car, and Joe responded to my questions quickly. I returned the amp, but I know exactly where to go with any audio issues in my car in the future! I wish every buying experience could be like this!

  Very satisfied with the repair of my factory Bose amplifier. They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !

  Awesome guys, everything went very smoothly. Sent my fault amp from Australia to New York (just could not get it fixed locally) Quick turn around, fast shipping and good communications. Would definitely recommend and use again (hopefully would not need it :-))
