  Item was new and exactly as describe. The works great! Seller gets 5 Stars. A little disappointment with the pin for the battery on the car was bent from factory and the plastic frame was also damage. All works as it should after unbending the pin. Still, is was new, I would be skeptic of this company who allowed this to be sold like this.
