  It took a long time from paying (22.7.) before they registered my purchase and acknowledged my order(28.7.) Ignored for a whole week and 2 weeks before it arrived. You should be more honest with your dipatch time and item location! Disappointing service. no explanation. Item ok.

  Took a long time to arrive, but in good condition. It was cheap enough. I tried it but it definitely didn’t work, so the hype about it for me is not true. I can’t fault the company though, as their communications second to none. Hence my giving 5* review

  Ordered on the 28/6, and collected by the courier same day, then it did not move until 7/7, then onto the local depot and courier, who delivered on the 8/7. Why the delay. The product was as described, good value for money
