Product despatched in a timely manner in accordance with original estimated delivery dates, and in packaging that befitted the product to ensure it was received without damage. He was very prompt in returning my messages to ensure I ordered the correct toilet seats, of which I could not obtain elsewhere.   I made a mistake in ordering and wanted to cancel so contacted seller (Nick) and told him about my error. He sorted it all out over the phone and arranged for the soft close seat to be sent and arrived in perfect condition the next morning. Would not hesitate to recommend this seller
