  Excellent communication pre-purchase addressing queries about the product, whilst seller provided additional relevant background product info without prompting to ensure the product would meet my needs. Product despatched in a timely manner in accordance with original estimated delivery dates, and in packaging that befitted the product to ensure it was received without damage. Product was as described / advertised. Overall very happy with the whole transaction experience.

  Sorry it took until the evening for Parcelforce to actually deliver your basin, but your patience has paid off! Pleased to hear it arrived safely. We do use very heavy-duty bubble wrap, which costs considerably more than the 'regular' bubble wrap you can buy, to ensure as best we can that fragile items arrive in one piece.   From my initial contact with Nick to receiving the seats, was 1st class.   Great service. Although the carriage charge was a tad on the high side, I have never before seen an item like this so well packaged. Arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Would certainly use this seller again.

  Many thanks for your feedback. After VAT, eBay fees, the cost of Parcelforce delivery for a large item (we don't use cheap, unreliable couriers) and the cost of the heavy-duty bubble wrap we use to protect orders, let alone the 30 minutes or so it takes to package a toilet pan properly, there is rarely any profit on our delivery charges.
