  As a first time customer of Ockendon Tackle, I am very impressed. Matt has excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a high degree of angling knowledge. My item was out of stock, so he helped me with new, alternative feeder line, which looks good and I am keen to try out. I recommend this Company and I will buy from them again.   This delivery missed its expected date by 7 days this was the fault of the EVRI (delivery service) however good communications with the seller so that's why I gave a positive 5 stars - for EVERI no stars very poor service!!!
