  The knife arrived very quickly and was packaged well to prevent shipping damage from occurring. The quality of the knife was also apparent and fit the description provided well. I believe it was a good value for the money and I will be happy to use this seller again when the opportunity arises.

  item received did not include antenna adapter, seller said they would try to help me but stopped communicating. I ordered replacement antenna from manufacturer & when I received that I plugged in & tested the transmitter & found that it is defective & you cannot adjust frequencies. I contacted seller asking to exchange defective item or send back for refund but seller ignored me & instead refused to do anything. I provided videos at every step of the process & was nice. DISHONEST SELL

  The item was not as advertised or described... I tried to get seller to make good on his failure, and allowed him an opportunity to make amends for his incorrect description and the product not being what I wanted and needed for my work, but he gave a terse and narcissistic reply, which makes me believe he intentionally used incorrect information just to sell his product!!! He asked what I wanted, and what I want is the same as all buyers who faithfully use ebay to purchase goods: honesty!!!

  The item was exactly as described. The description came directly from the manufacturer. You stated you misread the description. It was only after I denied you getting a refund and keeping the shoes did you leave negative feedback. Shame on you!!!
