Very good quality The item I received was in the exact same condition as per listing, and shipment packing was super safe as it was covered very well for a fragile item like laptop. The only one drawback was that the seller forgot to send an AC Adapter with the product but he immediately resolved the issue by offering me my chosen refund which was +20 dollars as I demanded. I received the refund immediately by the seller. Seller is super responsive

The shipping was fast, and the computer was definitely packed with care, it was UBER protected with bubble wrap. The pictures in the picture didnt do the the computer justice, as I would describe what I received as near mint. With out a doubt I will be looking at more actions from this seller, as they did not disappoint!
