  When I first received this item, the shoes were thrown in a bag; no box, no paper wrap for protection and they were really crushed. I was so annoyed that I didn’t even contact the seller, how can someone just sell stuff like that.Yesterday I wore the shoes for the first time, I went to the supermarket and 5 into the shopping and one of the strips broke and then a couple of isles over and another strip from the other shoe broke. I had to stop and go home to change and then another strip broke

  Yes no frilly papers, sorry, as far as "crushed" that is a bit over the top as these are just a few thin straps to hold the foot. You were fully refunded in spite of the fact that the complaint was lodged 60 days after purchase well outside window allowed. Item NeW! Really the issue should be with Charles Davids" quality control. None-the-less refund was issued no questions and still......
