  The crystal is not nearly as nice as the one pictured, only 1- 1/2 points not really a great value. This was my second purchase from this seller. Service is quick, shipping quick. The stone was wrapped securely to protect it during shipping. I guess since the stones are all unique, it's just the luck of the draw with the item shipped... I just wish they would allow the buyer to pick from the clusters available.

  Came bundled tight with zip ties in bubble wrap packaging to avoid damage during shipment. Arrived on time, came clean and was ready to use after a boil. Was just as described, high quality wood and great value.

  The wheel came well packaged, and was as described… would buy from them again
