  Great experience. The computer was safely packed and arrived in excellent condition as described. The seller responded to a question about the health of the battery within an hour with actual data. UPS actually received it within 12 hours. It is up and running. I am very happy with this seller and feel it was a very fair deal.

  While the item was new in package, I received a different gear ratio reel than pictured. Good price, so I'm not super worried.
