  There many great things I want to state here; fantastic communication through and after the purchase and delivery, the machine works exactly as it should. It was delivered on time without any issues! I do have some neutral stuff to state, not about the machine or seller, but the e- manuals that are provided via thumb drive and the one accessed via QR code are basic. They do not cover everything, but the seller was quick to address all questions. Highly recommend seller!

  Buyer beware! Listing showed rotary axis to be included. After I purchased the laser the seller tried to withhold the rotary. Charged me an additional $75.00 for an item that was shown to be included in the sale. Laser finally arrived, and I find that the lightburn software was not shipped. Seller says that it was not included, even though it was clearly shown in the listing.

By our standard, it excludes the rotary axis and some listed accessories are optional – we confirmed this with you before shipping.
