In fairness, and in all credit to the seller, the item was extremely well wrapped and packaged. The only issue I had was that I paid an additional charge to have it shipped with UPS for a 24hr delivery, but it took 48hrs to arrive, hard to see this being the sellers fault thou', as UPS collected it in plenty of time.

I have just done the repair and laptop is working perfectly again. Item shipped in very protective wrapping, screen immaculate on arrival. Minor niggle: it was supposed to be next day delivery, but ended up being 10 days late due to some issues with the seller getting the part from their supplier. However, this was communicated clearly to me with regular updates. Thank you so much!
